What is the Student Residence Permit?
It is a residence permit granted to international students enrolled in formal education at a Turkish higher education institution, valid throughout the duration of their studies.
Who Can Apply?
- Students enrolled in undergraduate/master's/doctoral programs in Turkey
- YOS, TOMER or preparatory class students
- Exchange program participants (Erasmus, Mevlana)
Required Documents
- Application form via the e-İkamet system
- Passport or travel document (original + translation)
- 4 biometric photos
- Student certificate (available via e-Devlet)
- Valid health insurance
- Address declaration (lease or dormitory document)
- Financial sufficiency declaration
